About the Role

Merchant Planning - BI focused on driving merchant performance through KPI design, data analysis and cross-functional project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategically design and improve monthly KPIs to drive the organization to reach targets
• Analyze complex data to find actionable insights to drive performance
• Lead project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation and closure
• Organize and optimize project resources (budget, timeline, workforce)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to identify and resolve issues

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in management, business or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (Fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong Excel skills required
• Basic SQL skills required
• Good communication and presentation skills in Thai and English (speaking and written)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make logical judgments
• Good team player with leadership skills and a growth mindset
• Able to learn quickly, handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Flexible working hours (may require attention outside normal hours)
