Field Execution Assistant Manager (Northeastern)

About the Role

This position is responsible for managing in store execution assigned area to ensure efficiency in-store, customer satisfaction and consistency in standards of measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Supervisors and BHA.
• Coordinate all retail-related cross-functional teams (Marketing / Trade / Sales) to ensure alignment and a collaborative approach.
• Develop guidelines and processes to enhance store operational efficiency.
• Recommend in-store execution processes and standards to ensure measurement consistency and improvement.
• Monitor and report on compliance and competitor activities, and identify impacts or opportunities for the commercial team.
• Define strategy and planning for field execution workforce (placement / routing) and develop organization and people capabilities.
• Closely monitor business KPIs (sales, productivity, in-store and operation standards, staff turnover) and develop action plans to optimize sales versus budget.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in sales, commercial or support function.
• At least 2 years' experience leading and managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently and within a team environment.
• Able to function in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
