About the Role

A rare opportunity exists to join our dynamic Commercial Operations team. You will be an integral part of our expansion, working closely with every commercial function to turn data into insights and insights into actions. The role supports the company’s data needs across all departments using both internal and external data sources, and requires strong communication to influence a geographically diverse, multi-cultural audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously refine how the company works with data and BI assets.
• Use internal and external data sources to create actionable information to serve cross-departmental needs.
• Analyse and anticipate audience requirements to support data-informed decisions.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to break down complex problems and devise creative solutions.
• Utilise familiarity with Python, SQL and database structures to manage and interpret data as part of daily tasks.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders, offer tailored data solutions, and provide user training to maximise adoption of BI tools and processes.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure high levels of data accuracy.
• Apply business acumen to understand and contribute to broader organisational objectives.
• Work independently and collaboratively across functions to support efficient project completion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical competencies and creative problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL and database structure.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Business acumen and ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
• Eager to learn and adopt new technologies; thrives in a diverse working culture.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Preferable knowledge and experience in Cloud technology, Power BI and Google Analytics.

Skills

• Python, SQL and database knowledge.
• Power BI and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience working with cloud technologies and building BI assets.
