Sourcing Manager-Korean+English(based in Head office Bangkok, Thailand)

Sourcing Strategy:

• Effectively develop and lead sourcing strategies, effectively manage suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance for the relevant spend area.
• Consistently deliver measurable and strategic goals to enable a competitive advantage to bottom-line and top-line company growth, and corporate social responsibility.

Supplier Engagement and Management:

• Employ strong knowledge of key local industry players and market dynamics.
• Develop new effective business and professional relationships with strategic suppliers and industry players.
• Professionally manage and measure suppliers for continuous performance and improvement.

Cross-Functional Projects:

• Independently solve problems and make decisions for primary and strategic execution and tactical issues within the relevant portfolio of projects and or processes.
• Provide day to day oversight about category procurement process and perform a hands-on execution as well as process refinement role.

Cost Reduction and Process Optimization:

• Drive cost reduction opportunity by market & commodity tracking Collaborate with players to achieve win-win solution through value engineering & co-innovation.
• Optimize process to enable “speed to market” support model.

Leadership and Teamwork:

• Effectively motivate and collaborate within team and across peer groups.
• Lead cross functional teams to develop sourcing strategy and resolve supply issues.
• Operate within peer group and leadership infrastructure to ensure that best practice and leverage opportunities are delivered.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Analytical: Advanced analytical skills
• Procurement: Excellent knowledge of supply management, commodity strategy and sourcing strategy
• Legal: Knowledge of critical procurement legal requirements and contracting best practices
• Ethics: Knowledge of business ethics and Ethical Sourcing Requirements
