Digital Learning Specialist

About the Role

The Digital Learning Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing digital learning strategies and initiatives that support business goals and enhance learning experiences across Minor Group, focusing on designing engaging digital learning solutions, managing learning technologies, and driving innovation in learning delivery and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain digital learning infrastructure and platforms to deliver learning content across the organization
• Design, create, and implement blended learning solutions in collaboration with curriculum team members, subject matter experts, web developers, and HRIT professionals
• Produce engaging learning solutions including Virtual Classrooms, Learning Videos, Animated Content, MOOCs, Learning Applications, and Mobile Learning
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure eLearning solutions are aligned with business needs
• Promote a self-learning culture through internal communication channels and digital learning campaigns
• Maintain and administer LMS and LCMS platforms, monitor online learning assignments, training completion, and training records
• Review and update digital learning materials and documentation regularly and implement online course development processes and QA reviews
• Identify, evaluate, recommend, and pilot emerging learning technologies and digital tools; act as liaison with LMS vendors for upgrades, enhancements, and customizations
• Design and manage knowledge management content on internal platforms and transform information into visually engaging infographics and multimedia formats
• Prepare digital learning reports and analytics on a monthly and annual basis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in learning technology, instructional design, training methodologies, or blended learning solutions
• Proven track record in designing and developing digital and blended learning solutions that drive performance improvement
• Experience working with LMS and LCMS platforms and familiarity with eLearning standards such as SCORM, AICC, and Articulate

Skills

• Hands-on experience with authoring tools and multimedia applications such as Articulate 360, Adobe tools, animation software, and AI-enabled learning tools
• Strong understanding of digital learning technologies and eLearning technical standards
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and instructional skills in both Thai and English
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across all levels
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
• Creative, innovative, flexible, and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
