About the Role

The Commercial Associate will assist the Commercial Manager in managing store operations on Lazada, Shopee, and other local e-commerce marketplaces as well as other ecommerce channels such as brand.com and social channels. The role includes optimizing product listings, managing pricing and promotions, updating store design and layouts, and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth, and providing day-to-day operational support to the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing store operations on e-commerce marketplaces, brand.com and/or social channels
• Optimize product listings and manage pricing and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth
• Upload, change & maintain shop content (banner, images, contents, product detail page)
• Act as key contact point for escalations and platform/operations issues
• Facilitate campaign set-up, use promotion tools and maximize utilization of seller tools within platforms
• Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth
• Provide support to the Commercial Manager in day-to-day team operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Skills

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and other local marketplaces is a plus
