About the Role

Strategically and systematically execute projects and deliver successful results in a timely manner. The IT Project Manager will lead projects from planning and monitoring to appraising outcomes, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet objectives within agreed timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively lead the practice by setting strategy, driving new business development, and providing technical advice across disciplines
• Build strong internal networks to identify and join projects across business units and sectors
• Work closely with C-suite clients to understand issues, create strategies for change, and win buy-in for recommendations
• Lead and direct diverse Technology Consulting teams, decide on target clients and services, and ensure quality delivery
• Develop and lead high-impact project proposals, including detailed project scope, deliverables, and work plans
• Measure and monitor project progress using appropriate metrics and provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders
• Manage engagement financials
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on client feedback and lessons learned
• Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for future technology initiatives
• Seek opportunities for innovation and introduce solutions to elevate project outcomes

Qualifications

• Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in past positions
• At least 5 years work experience in a leading international consulting firm
• Ability to identify and understand clients’ business issues and to scope and develop commercially viable project proposals
• Creative problem solver; flexible, positive, and analytical
• Strong project management, presentation, and documentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills to build and sustain relationships at all levels

Skills

• Analytical skills to assess current technologies and recommend guidance
• Problem-solving to devise creative and technical solutions for client shortfalls
• Team coordination with CIOs, CTOs, and IT departments to implement new technologies
• Business strategy understanding and familiarity with client goals and objectives
• Market expertise to identify how technology can impact market share and competitive edge
