Product Owner (AI Retail)

About the Role

As the Product Owner of AI Retail Solution, you will work closely with Clients, Engineering, Design, AI/ML, and Business teams to build and scale a market-leading product. This is a high-ownership role where strong product judgment, disciplined prioritization, and speed of execution are critical. You will make tough trade-offs, remove blockers, and ensure the team consistently delivers features that create measurable customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own the BU Roadmap: Define and prioritize an outcome-driven roadmap for product, making clear trade-offs, preventing scope creep, and owning end-to-end product development from problem definition to launching AI-powered features that drive measurable business impact.
• Drive execution to delivery: Lead cross-functional execution from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery and early resolution of blockers.
• Enforce focus: Maintain disciplined prioritization, limit concurrent initiatives, and ensure teams finish committed initiatives before taking on new ones.
• Iterate with customer and data insight: Continuously enhance the product through customer feedback, product usage data, and market insights to strengthen value proposition and increase customer stickiness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years experience in product management, or business-technology roles, ideally within analytics or market research.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and MVP-driven product development, with the ability to break down complex ideas into iterative deliverables and ship high-impact features quickly.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI and data visualization tools, with the ability to interpret and communicate insights from dashboards, graphs, and data effectively.
• Able to simplify complex topics into clear requirements, actionable plans, and concise updates for both working teams and leadership.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across technical, business, and management teams.
