Responsibilities

• Initiating all parts quality issues, follow up the progress of corrective action and verify the effectiveness of result for all projects.
• Routinely feedback to supplier for part quality issue, prepare IPR, customer portal claim (SPORD, ORCAN) and claim report preparation.
• Review/approve 8D report from supplier.
• Supplier performance monthly report.
• Non-conforming cost report if related to parts supplier.
• Supplier 8D status report.
• Lead internal containment activity on part quality issue.
• Lead investigation activity for supplier concern.
• Routine maintain SAP QM module (Supplier complaint Q2, Cost booking, Inspection Plan, Make decision for inspection lots, Quality master data, Block & Release parts).
• Return defect part to vendor.
• Proceed get replacement parts.
• Supervise incoming inspection activity.
• Make incoming inspection plan for inspector.
• Review incoming inspection standard.
• Create Sorting / rework instruction, Quality Alert, One Point Lesson.
• Leading continuous improvement in incoming area.
• Contact supplier to get technical support in case of part quality issues.
• Create annual supplier audit plan and execution.
• Align the audit plan with customer (DB-Supplier).
• Audit suppliers and follow up the action plan.
• Supplier site visit for quality issue, capacity issue, new project.
• Supplier evaluation.
• Non-Conforming part management.
• Nonconforming part disposition which related with supplier parts.
• SAP Block & Release.
• Scrap parts counting.
• Supervise and Maintain ZF Lemforder Quality System applied to all suppliers to achieve ZF Lemforder requirements.
• Participate the Technical Change activity; update related document/activity if SQE responsibility is affected by change.
• Complete change review within 5 working days.
• Ensure that quality related works and documents according to change are fulfilled.
• Review and check new part for readiness.
• Support internal audit activities (IATF 16949, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and VDA6.3) and support customer audit.
• Training new employee for Control of non-conforming product procedure.
• Mentoring, coaching, consulting to all subordinates and make sure that quality activity is maintained and improved continually.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Quality Manager.
• Follow safety role and regulation strictly and always with safety consciousness to both oneself and other people and provide suggestion to improve safety consciousness.
• Operations in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system (IATF16949), environmental management system (ISO14001), the occupational health and safety management system (ISO 45001).
• Understand and contribute company policy including OHSMS policy.
