Operations Performance Control Tower (SPX Express)

About the Role

Operations Performance Control Tower for SPX Express focused on monitoring KPIs, driving SLA improvements, supporting hub/RC expansion, and providing data-driven insights to improve operations and recovery.

Responsibilities

• KPI Control: Manage 3SOC, 6RC, SOC4 (growth 2025) and New NERC Yasothorn
• Ops Dashboard: Check-in, perform gap analysis, and align with SOC/RC Leads & Cross Mile
• Expansion: Follow up with MM Ops for new hubs/RCs
• Improvement: Drive SOC/RC initiatives, SLA improvement, and project execution
• Data & Insights: Investigate operations data and prepare weekly updates for [SPX Ops x Opx] MM meetings
• BI/Product: Collaborate on system enhancements and new feature implementation
• Quality Control: Follow up loss disputes, coordinate recovery, and monitor SLAs
• Loss Analysis: Track SOC/RC loss, TP loss with LH, % loss, and stuck/lost trends
• Process Control: Resolve miss-sorts and request AWB sort code updates
• Training: Lead rollout and training on new product features

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; business administration, operation management, or logistics management is a plus
• Experience in team management
• Experience with Ecommerce SLA
• Strong analytical skills to deep dive into details and form hypotheses for root cause
• Strong leadership as a KPI controller
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet short timelines
