About the Role

Oversees equipment maintenance and leads maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance in the organization to ensure a longer lifespan of machines and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance goal setting, activity scheduling, and performance management to ensure measurable goals and effective staff performance management.
• Supervise and implement continuous improvement projects to improve safety, quality, and efficiency using Kaizen, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Oversee preventive and condition-based maintenance to achieve maximum equipment availability and zero production downtime.
• Develop and publish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to correctly utilize and maintain facilities throughout the unit.

Qualifications

• Generally requires Bachelor's degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Master's degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred.
• Competencies: SET — Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers).
