About the Role

Performance Control Tower responsible for analysing and following up on losses, stuck items, high-value targets, sort code updates and coordinating cross-functional corrective actions and feature rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Cross Function with Recovery Team for loss dispute/ follow up
• Analyse & Follow up Loss internal SOC RC
• Analyse & Follow up with LH for TP lost
• Lost, Stuck, Hi Value Target by %loss
• Stuck Lost Trend Analysis
• Miss Sort Coordinator to Engineer/ LM
• Product Feature Control Tower
• Training new feature implementation
• Request to update AWB sort codes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration; operation management or logistic management is a plus
• Knowledge on operational activity and limitation
• Strong analysis skills to deep dive in detail and form hypotheses for root cause
• Essential cross-functional working skills with initiative and results-driven mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
