Job Summary

Application Support to support Enterprise Operation Platform

Job Description

• Provide first and second tier support on system
• Monitor and maintain system to be stability and ready to use
• Understand, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, finding the root cause and effectively communicate to users
• Provide timely response, follow-up and resolution to ensure all support activities are tracked and closed within committed SLA
• Work collaboratively with user and development team
• Provide improvement for monitoring system and application proactively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or Science majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, information technology, or related field.
• 5-10 years experience in Application support / IT Operations
• Familiar with SQL / database: MSsql, PostgreSQL, Oracle
• Experience in Cloud platform: Azure, AWS, Oracle Alloy
• Experience in Logs analysis
• Experience with monitoring tools: Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure monitor
