Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development and execution of the company’s sustainability and ESG strategy in alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and industry requirements.
• Establish and drive the corporate sustainability roadmap, governance framework, policies, and performance targets across the organization.
• Oversee enterprise-wide sustainability initiatives covering environmental performance, resource efficiency, energy management, carbon reduction, responsible supply chain, and ESG reporting.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, customer requirements, and relevant sustainability standards.
• Provide strategic guidance to CEO, MD on sustainability-related risks, opportunities, and long-term value creation.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, EHS, engineering, procurement, HR, finance, and other key functions to embed sustainability into core business processes.
• Develop robust systems for sustainability data management, performance monitoring, and external/internal reporting.
• Promote a sustainability-driven culture by building organizational awareness, accountability, and engagement at all levels.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sustainability team while managing related projects, priorities, and budgets effectively.
• Represent the company in sustainability matters with customers, auditors, regulators, business partners, and other external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Management, Engineering, Sustainability, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, EHS, or related areas, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ESG, sustainability principles, and relevant laws/standards.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sustainability strategies and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience in ESG reporting and performance tracking.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills (Thai & English).
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is a plus.
