System Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a System Analyst (SA) to support the development and enhancement of Credit Card Collection and Debt Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements from Collection, Recovery, and Call Center teams.
• Design collection systems including DPD, PTP tracking, customer segmentation.
• Translate business requirements into functional/system specifications.
• Design API, batch, and integration with core card, billing, payment, dialer systems.
• Support SIT/UAT, issue analysis, and production support.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA, security and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.
• 3–5 years experience as System Analyst, preferably in financial services.

Skills

• SDLC / Agile knowledge
• SQL, API, System integration
• Strong documentation and analytical skills

Additional Information

• Nice to Have: Credit Card or Collection system experience; Knowledge of DPD, Aging, Roll rate.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem solving, and ownership.
