Inbound Analyst

About the Role

To analyse Inbound process & problem solving for Inbound team.

Responsibilities

• Check quality and quantities for Inbound shipment by comparing actual item with document.
• Analyse, tentatively resolve and monitor problems for daily work and unusual situations, including recording data in the WMS system.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external teams to solve problems for Inbound shipments.
• Ensure that all receiving materials and services meet specifications and requirements.
• Provide information for supervisor to prepare department reports.
• Improve skills and competencies of team members to meet KPI targets.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational degree in Logistics management, Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in warehousing (e-commerce highly preferred); new graduates with potential are also welcomed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work under deadlines and pressure.
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good team player.
• Able to work shifts and on day-offs when required.
