Technician (APAC Tower)

About the Role

We are looking for a Technician to join our APAC Tower team in Bangkok. You will perform quality checks, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure our facilities operate at maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems
• Check and respond to security and safety issues
• Test and recommend new maintenance products
• Coordinate deliveries from vendors and suppliers
• Keep documents of inspections and problems
• Maintain landscaping and fountains
• Keep an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
• Assist in projects including repairs and general maintenance programs on all facilities
• Assist in preventative maintenance with all equipment
• Assist in maintaining a building maintenance plan that ensures maximum efficiency
• Monitor building maintenance expenses and research initiatives to reduce costs
• Maintain open lines of communication with department heads to ensure all maintenance needs are satisfied
• Be on call for emergencies and building maintenance issues

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role
• General knowledge of building maintenance and construction
• Ability to work well and communicate appropriately with all levels of staff
• Ability to assess situations and formulate a plan of resolution in a timely manner
