Position: Merchandise Executive

Location: Bangkok

Do you have a passion for spa products, craft sourcing, and creative collaboration? Banyan Group is looking for a Merchandise Executive to join our team and help elevate our brands offerings across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop spa products and source crafts in line with Banyan Groups Brand Standards.
• Analyze sales records, customer feedback, and market trends to support new product development.
• Collaborate with Spa & Gallery teams in Thailand and overseas for product updates, information, and visual merchandising (VM).
• Work closely with suppliers and distributors to negotiate pricing and ensure top-tier quality.
• Coordinate with designers on package design and brand visual assets.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Passion for creativity, branding, and wellness.
• Experience in merchandising, sourcing, or product development is a plus.
