Speech Instructor

About the Role

We are looking for a Speech Instructor to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. You will have conversations in both Thai and English with chatbots and write novel conversations to teach them what to say.

Responsibilities

• Measure the progress and evaluate the behaviour and logic of AI chatbots
• Give AI chatbots writing and editing tasks and evaluate their outputs
• Write novel conversations and prompts to teach models appropriate responses
• Evaluate model outputs for correctness, performance, grammar, style, and brand voice

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Thai
• Expert-level knowledge of linguistics, grammar, and style
• Detail-oriented with strong command of brand voice
• A current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
