The Opportunity: Be the Voice of Quality. We are looking for a Software Tester (Associate) who can move beyond checklists and become a true guardian of user trust. This role isn't about simply spotting defects, its about creating flawless digital experiences, enabling faster innovation, and ensuring our technology stands tall under the highest expectations. As an Associate Tester, you will be hands-on, collaborative, and influential: coaching junior testers, partnering with developers and analysts, and elevating the way we think about quality across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Craft Precision: Write, maintain, and execute test cases across web, mobile, and backend platforms.
• Uncover the Hidden: Detect, track, and retest defects with rigor using Jira, Xray, and TestRail.
• Bridge Teams: Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners to align on requirements and outcomes.
• Lead in UAT: Support and guide user acceptance testing, ensuring solutions are battle-ready before release.
• Elevate Practices: Share insights, identify risks early, and mentor junior testers to raise the overall quality bar.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on testing experience in complex digital environments.
• Strong expertise in manual testing (functional, UI, and integration).
• Solid knowledge of Jira/Xray, Postman, and SQL.
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication in both Thai and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ISTQB certification
• Exposure to automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
• Performance tools (JMeter, LoadRunner), or testing in multilingual/localized applications.
