Senior/Software Engineer (Backend, Java) - Risk

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services for real-time fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and risk analysis.
• Build and maintain scalable microservices to support risk assessment models and rule-based detection systems.
• Integrate machine learning models and risk scoring engines into backend systems.
• Participate in AI-assisted development initiatives, including automated code generation, intelligent alerting, and integration of LLM-powered risk operations tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot); familiarity with multithreading and networking.
• Understanding of distributed systems and Spring microservices; experience with dubbo.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, Redis, Hive, Starrocks.
• Familiarity with message queues and streaming technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (for example Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and ability to leverage AI for code generation, code review, and unit test coverage.
• Basic understanding of LLM/Agent systems and prompt engineering, and interest in building AI-powered risk automation features.
• Strong analytical thinking, teamwork skills, and ability to learn and adapt quickly.
