T&T Consultant/ Senior Consultant - ETP As Service/Operate (SAP/OpenText - VIM) - SEA

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 or Level 3 AMS support for escalated production incidents (medium to complex), perform in-depth troubleshooting, resolve incidents and monitor fixes to meet agreed SLA.
• Perform problem management to reduce recurring incidents, present root cause analysis to stakeholders and deliver permanent fixes where applicable.
• Lead high-level solution design for medium to complex enhancements, estimate effort, ensure end-to-end solution considerations, and deliver builds and tests within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
• Maintain documentation according to firm standards, best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Comply with established AMS processes and procedures and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Support project delivery as a team member: develop solution applications, produce work products, prepare presentation materials and coordinate communications with clients.
• Lead and/or coach Analyst and Consultant level team members and contribute to business development activities such as proposals, presentations and publications.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years' experience working with SAP or OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
• Good knowledge of integration to related modules/sub-modules to understand end-to-end business processes and derive test data/scenarios for testing.
• Basic technical debugging experience is an advantage.
• Certifications in relevant applications and/or ITIL or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE or Agile) are an added advantage.
• Good command of English; ability to speak/write other languages (Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese) is an advantage.
• Ability to lead/facilitate discussions, engage stakeholders and drive outcomes; proactive, resourceful and able to rally team members to deliver tasks on time.
• Flexibility to adopt new solutions/applications and provide integration and support; willingness to work client business days/hours and on rotation to support critical requests after client office hours.
• Ability to travel and be placed at client sites when required.
