Transport Officer

What you'll do

• Plan and optimize daily transportation routes to ensure on-time and cost-efficient deliveries.
• Analyze order volume, delivery zones, and fleet capacity to create optimal dispatch plans.
• Coordinate with onsite vendors teams to align shipment schedules.
• Monitor route performance and adjust plans based on real-time operational changes.
• Support load planning, route consolidation, and transport cost optimization.
• Maintain accurate transport planning data and reports.

What you will need

• At least 3 years experience in Supply Chain or Fleet management service
• Good command in English (Reading, Speaking, Writing & Listening)
• Require skills in Communication, Collaboration, and Presentation
• Rationale thinking & good teamwork
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with coordination skills
• Work experience in Operations, Logistics, Project Management, or related roles.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project), advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
