Product Manager

About the Role

Conduct market & competitor research and user demand analysis, formulate product planning and new project initiation.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and oversee prototype development, field testing and optimization.
• Control project schedule, cost and performance throughout development and launch.
• Cooperate with R&D, production, sales and purchasing teams to realize mass production of products.
• Collect after-sales and market feedback to upgrade existing products.
• Coordinate agricultural machinery appraisal and subsidy formalities.
• Track competitor products to improve product configuration and selling points.
