Service Operations Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Service Operations Engineer with experience in automation, programming, and semiconductor environments to operate and support automated sample line systems and SW/HW systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated sample line systems (robot/handler)
• Support development, troubleshooting, and improvements in software and hardware systems
• Develop automation and scripting using C# and Python
• Perform manual programming of semiconductor devices
• Handle service requests and support internal stakeholders
• Improve processes, efficiency, and system reliability
• Ensure data security and compliance standards
• Manage user access and application permissions
• Coordinate with global teams
• Maintain documentation and process records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT or related field
• Strong programming skills in C#, C++ or Python
• Experience with tools like Git, Jira, Confluence and MS Office
• Basic understanding of software testing / quality processes
• Good English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of automation tools / robotics systems
• Experience with microscope, multimeter, or lab tools
• Basic understanding of security / cryptography
• Exposure to 3D CAD modeling
