Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for market development, analysis, and planning in overseas (Vietnam) regions
• Develop annual sales plans for engineering projects based on company objectives and achieve individual/team sales targets
• Responsible for customer acquisition and retention, as well as the establishment and maintenance of marketing channels
• Organize and implement project registration, marketing planning, and bidding strategies according to company requirements; manage preliminary communication and negotiations for engineering projects, and handle subsequent business and technical coordination, as well as contract drafting
• Monitor sales collections and track project budgeting and final accounting for engineering projects

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, construction engineering, or a related field; associate degree or higher required
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the construction industry; candidates with experience in foreign-invested enterprises or overseas sales will be given priority
• Candidates with existing clients in target industries or established channel resources are preferred
• Possess strong capabilities in market development and in-depth customer relationship building, as well as excellent teamwork, coordination, project management, and negotiation skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, optimistic and proactive attitude, hardworking, adaptable, and quick learner
• English proficiency is required as a working language; familiarity with Vietnamese, English, and Chinese is preferred
