As a Technical Learning and Development Content Creator, you will design, develop, and deliver high-quality educational content that empowers employees to learn and grow in their technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Support Thailand Head Backend Operations (THO) and Philippines Head Backend Operations (PHO) to develop and design technical training content, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, webinars, and written documentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Utilize instructional design principles and learning models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick Model, Gagné's Framework) to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Continuously evaluate and update training materials to reflect the latest technology trends and best practices.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Stay current with advancements in technology and learning methodologies.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; master’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
• At least 5 years' experience in the learning and development space.
• Proven experience in creating technical training content.

PREFERRED:

• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick Model, Gagné's Framework) and adult learning theories.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia editing software.
• Experience with AI (artificial intelligence) authoring tools and generative AI-based learning tools.
• Proficiency in film and still editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational team environment and strong organizational/project management skills.

Skills

• Training needs assessment and ability to assess skills gaps across roles.
• Instructional design, blended learning, and modern instructional design methodologies.
• Content development across formats: e-learning, virtual, and instructor-led.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone) for uploading, managing, and tracking content.
• Training facilitation and the ability to deliver interactive sessions.
• Experience developing technical training programs for employees and managers.
• Generative AI & technology integration for learning recommendations (e.g., NOVI).
• Curating learning playlists and aligning training with job descriptions; collaboration with business leaders, HR, and vendors.
• Project management for multiple training initiatives and data-driven evaluation of effectiveness.
