Asia Pricing Operations Specialist, Safety & Industrial Business

Job Description

The incumbent will drive consistent area pricing operational processes and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Area price simplification efforts: including price analysis and simulation
• Works with sales district owners to develop optimal price levers
• Designs and implements Material listings strategies together with Area Portfolio Managers
• Leads yearly price change for the area aligned tothe A3M Model
• Leads area pricing improvement projects as prioritized by the Area Portfolio Marketers or Customer Operations Leaders
• Lead and validate data quality staging and audits
• Works to drive pricing and policy consistency across business units and assist in providing feedback to creating playbooks that unify the Safety & Industrial Business Group pricing guidelines

Required Experience/Qualification:

• Undergraduate degree required; MBA desired
• Certified Pricing Professional Certificate desired
• Must have more than 5 years of combined experience in Portfolio leadership and Operational excellence
• Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively across businesses and operations teams
• Demonstrated ability to understand portfolio management as well as operational efficiencies
• Ability to manage difficult situations up and down the organizational chart with resiliency
• Advanced Excel skill is preferred
