About the Company

Inteltion — The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform the role of advisor, planner, and leader in working with clients to devise and implement solutions related to process or quality improvement
• Clarify main mission and target of project aligned with client's requirements, create work plan and estimation
• Manage a team of 10+ resources; supervise team members through monitoring daily business and operation, providing effective and timely direction and suggestions
• Manage project updates of daily business and operation and resolve issues that could impact the project
• Support partner in business development and pitching activities for new projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology or any related fields
• At least 8 years' experience in IT industry
• At least 2 years' experience as project manager
• Very good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understand consulting work and willing to work long hours
• Professional skills including establishing personal credibility with clients and others, strong oral and written communication skills, and drive to add value and maximize team's performance
• Good English communications and writing skills are a plus
• Experience with Data and AI projects is a plus
• Experience with Data Governance projects is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Databricks is a plus
