Senior Product Manager - AI-Driven Internal Platform

About the Role

We are hiring a foundational Product Person to drive adoption, diffusion, and evolution of an AI-driven internal platform currently in pre-build/early-build. You will start on the operations surface, embed with operations and technical teams, map messy processes into a typed, reusable workflow alphabet, and own getting teams to run real work on the platform. Success is measured by tasks completed agentically per week and by teams choosing the platform as their default tool. This is a hands-on role: you will build initial workflows yourself, define metrics, and feed product improvements into engineering.

Responsibilities

• Sit side-by-side with ops teams to map workflows, write English-language SOPs, and manually bridge daily processes to the automated platform.
• Define and enforce a small library of reusable workflow primitives (the "workflow alphabet") that serve processes first.
• Build the first half-dozen workflows yourself, use direct experience to identify friction, and translate pain points into feature requests for engineering.
• Define opinionated telemetry and metrics: token budgeting, context window efficiency, system drift, error/supervisor rates, and ROI metrics for operations.
• Protect core system design invariants (stateless execution, context-constrained prompts, engram-driven knowledge) and resist shortcuts that erode platform discipline.
• Use AI tools extensively in daily work: prompting, drafting, prototyping (e.g., rapid n8n prototypes) and embed AI into product workflows.

Qualifications

• First-principles understanding of LLMs and AI: context windows, token budgeting, deterministic vs probabilistic execution, and grounding to prevent hallucination.
• Systems and operations mindset: ability to convert disorganized, human-centric processes into structured, modular data and workflows.
• Extreme execution and grit: comfortable with workflow configuration, SOP writing, and manual testing as part of product leadership.
• Technical depth: fluent discussing system architecture, API design, data schemas, and state management with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong long-form writing ability: PRDs, SOPs, engram drafts, decision logs, and internal explainers will be a major part of the role.
• We value demonstrated understanding and outcomes over years-counted AI PM titles; formal "3 years of AI PM experience" is not required.
