About the Role

We are currently looking for Senior Engineering Leaders – Frontend & Backend who have a proven track record in building large-scale systems. This is an opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction, and enjoy strong career progression.

Responsibilities

• Frontend Role: Spearhead architecture and system design of next-gen frontend systems; drive performance, accessibility and usability at scale; mentor engineers and set technical standards; influence product and business stakeholders.
• Backend Role: Architect and develop highly scalable, mission-critical backend systems; lead cross-team initiatives to improve service quality and reliability; provide hands-on technical leadership impacting 40+ engineers; drive excellence in CI/CD, observability and debugging.

Qualifications

• Frontend Requirements: 8+ years building rich web applications at scale; deep mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue); strong background in system design and team leadership; bonus: A/B experimentation, international exposure, or travel/e-commerce experience.
• Backend Requirements: 10+ years of software engineering experience with architectural leadership; strong backend skills in Scala, Kotlin, Java or Go; proven success leading large-scale technical initiatives; expertise in system reliability, testing and operational excellence.
