Responsibilities

• Take part in working group to support the development and launches of new products and existing product enhancements
• Develop, create and manage the product marketing contents on AIA product marketing collaterals e.g. sales brochures, sales illustration and sales tools in compliance with AIA's internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Be a committee member to ensure AIA delivers contracts that compensates the insured for specific benefits and such contract is written in a manner that corresponds with the product system specification and/or OIC's guidelines/recommendations under both external insurance law and internal guidelines
• Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth
• Explore opportunity to improve work flow and build healthy environment
