Strategic Workforce Planning - Vendor Performance (SPX Express)

About the Role

This role is in Strategic Workforce Planning team at SPX Express. Manage vendor performance to maintain high fulfillment rate on headcount requests, collaborate closely with the Operations team on headcount planning and allocation, and continuously evaluate and optimize SOPs of vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor performance to maintain high fulfillment rate on headcount requests
• Collaborate with Operations to manage headcount planning and allocation and identify potential capacity constraints
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve capacity planning and resource allocation
• Continuously evaluate and optimize Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of vendor management to improve fulfillment performance, data accuracy and reduce costs

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or related fields
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain management or related fields; new graduates welcome to apply
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, results-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
• Can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
