Export Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify documents: handle export document sets including Invoice, Packing List, B/L, and other related documents.
• Manage customs clearance: ensure export customs procedures are completed accurately and in compliance.
• Booking coordination: arrange vessel/air bookings and coordinate with logistics partners.
• Shipment coordination: work with production and warehouse teams regarding loading schedules.
• Confidentiality: maintain strict confidentiality of company and customer information in accordance with regulations and policies.
• 准备和核对单据：处理出口单据，包括发票、装箱单、提单及其他相关单据。
• 管理清关：确保出口清关手续准确无误且符合规定。
• 订舱协调：安排船舶/航班订舱并与物流合作伙伴协调。
• 装运协调：与生产和仓储团队合作，制定装运计划。
• 保密性：严格遵守相关法规和政策，对公司和客户信息保密。

Qualifications

• Language skills: Chinese and English are must / 中英文流利。
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in export operations or international logistics.
• Documentation knowledge: understanding of export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), and Certificate of Origin (C/O).
• Customs knowledge: familiar with customs regulations, tariff classifications, and export-related laws.
• Attention to detail: high accuracy is essential, as errors may lead to shipment delays or penalties.
• Coordination skills: able to coordinate with internal departments, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs authorities.
• 国际商务、物流、供应链或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 至少2-5年出口业务或国际物流经验。
• 单证知识：了解发票、装箱单、提单（B/L）和原产地证书（C/O）等出口单证。
• 海关知识：熟悉海关法规、关税分类和出口相关法律。
• 注重细节：高度准确性至关重要，因为任何错误都可能导致货物延误或罚款。
• 协调能力：能够与内部部门、货运代理、船务代理和海关当局进行协调。
