Responsibilities
- Lead to drive problem solving of production and analyze and improve manufacturing
- Monitoring modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes
- Develop and implement process improvement to optimize machine, tools and equipment capability
- Report and document any engineering related / process abnormalities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemical or engineering in any field
- Minimum 0-3 years' experience in chemical manufacturing, production and process engineering fields
- Open for Fresh graduate
- Has quick problem solving skills and personnel management skills
- Good human relations, positive attitude
- Good skill to Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point
