Service Operations Manager (HVAC)

Role Responsibilities:

• Service Operation Management ,Lead and optimize service branch operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while achieving operational performance targets and customer commitments. Included Health & Safety (EH&S) programs across all service branches.
• Financial & Business Performance, Drive financial performance by achieving revenue, profitability, service agreement service repair while optimizing operational costs and supporting sustainable business growth.
• Customer Relationship Management, Build strong customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring responsive service delivery, resolving customer concerns, and driving customer retention and loyalty.
• People Leadership & Development, Lead, develop, and inspire branch teams to achieve high performance, strengthen technical and leadership capabilities, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and customer focus.
• Strategic Growth & Continuous Improvement, Drive business growth and operational excellence by leading continuous improvement initiatives, supporting digital transformation, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer value, service efficiency, and profitability.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for the overall leadership and performance of HVAC Service Branches, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery, strong customer relationships, profitable business growth, and continuous development of people and operational capabilities.

Responsible for 4 Service branches around Bangkok with planner, Service Coordinator and Technician more than 40 employee

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in HVAC service, maintenance, aftermarket, or field operations
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, Air Side, controls
• Understanding of preventive maintenance, repair services
• Knowledge of EH&S, quality systems, and compliance requirements.
