Head of Human Resources

About the Role

Now we are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Head of Human Resources to establish, lead, and scale the HR function for a rapidly growing technology-driven hospital. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership while actively managing day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will drive talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR compliance while supporting the hospital’s growth and operational excellence objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals; establish policies, governance, and lead the HR function.
• Design organizational structure, manage manpower planning, and drive organizational development and change.
• Create recruitment strategies, build employer brand, and ensure timely hiring.
• Implement performance management systems, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop training programs and leadership development; ensure regulatory and training compliance.
• Design competitive compensation and benefits structures and manage benefits cost analysis.
• Ensure HR compliance, manage employee lifecycle, and maintain a positive work environment and employee relations.
• Support JCI accreditation, maintain HR documentation, and ensure healthcare standards compliance.
• Implement HR systems and use HR analytics for workforce insights and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership position.
• Proven experience leading the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Experience within hospitals, healthcare organizations, healthcare technology businesses, or highly regulated environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience establishing or transforming HR functions in a growth-stage organization.
• Experience supporting JCI accreditation, healthcare compliance, or international quality standards.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership teams and boards.
