Sr. Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering

Main Responsibilities

• Lead automation and manufacturing improvement projects from concept to implementation and plant handover.
• Prepare Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW), Capital Appropriation Request (CAR), and related project documents.
• Coordinate suppliers, monitor project schedules, and support machine installation, trial, and buy-off activities.
• Support 4M change requests, WI, JSA, and manufacturing documentation.
• Handle PR/PO processes, invoice coordination, and import requisition for tooling and equipment.
• Update plant layouts related to manufacturing changes and improvement activities.
• Organize project meetings for kickoff, progress tracking, troubleshooting, and implementation.
• Support manufacturing engineering, new model activities, audits (IATF, BOS, TAI), and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and improve machine, equipment, and automation system performance.

• Participate and engage in Safety and Environment activities, such as: Safety week, 5S, HSE training, Wear proper PPE
• Follow & no violation on the safety rule, WI, Procedure.
• To report near miss/unsafe action / safety suggestion to line management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• Knowledge of automation systems, process improvement, and supplier coordination.
• Familiar with IATF, 4M change, WI, and JSA documentation.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude with professional mindset and good emotional control.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English.
