Talent Acquisition Manager (Mass Recruit)

About the Role

Our TAs need to do more than find employees. They need to plan how to attract the best talent, fill positions in a tight timeframe, and understand where the organization is and where it is going so that candidates can understand and work well with their teams and the organization’s culture.

Responsibilities

• Employer Branding: Develop and execute branding strategy; develop content and campaigns that showcase the company as an employer of choice; act as a brand ambassador promoting the company’s culture and Employee Value Proposition.
• HR Marketing: Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and industry events to build the company’s presence.
• Recruitment: Develop and execute strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels; manage the full recruitment lifecycle; track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
• Hiring: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements; ensure all required documents, contracts, and forms are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Onboarding: Prepare and manage onboarding schedules; organize orientation sessions; manage welcome and integration activities; collect onboarding feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior recruitment role, preferably within the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of employer branding, talent attraction, and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in both English and Thai languages.
