Senior Inbound Lead

About the Role

Manage overall Inbound department. Plan, organize and manage inbound activities to meet contractual and business plan KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan and organize overall inbound activities to achieve contractual and business plan KPI targets.
• Ensure availability of resources for consistent achievement of agreed KPI targets.
• Ensure effective communication with own and related departments to ensure arrival and inbounding of all shipments to warehouse following due dates, SLAs and KPIs.
• Plan and manage the inbound team using strong data analysis and information to achieve department and business goals.
• Control and monitor internal procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage productivity of receiving and other functions within the department and analyse data to improve inbound performance.
• Plan manpower to support campaigns and ensure SLAs are met.
• Manage new hires and team members in progression, coaching, mentoring and training; counsel team members on work-related activities, personal growth or career development and recommend personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, or disciplinary measures.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors and managers to solve work-related problems and coordinate with WMS team to improve WMS to support operation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistic Management, Supply Chain or any related field.
• 5 years of progressive experience managing a B2C fulfillment operation (e-commerce highly preferred) with strong inbound experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of WMS system experience.
• Good team player and demonstrated leadership capabilities with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to effectively communicate in both written and oral English.
