Marketing & Go-to-Market (Mass segment)

About the Role

Support the execution of segmentation-driven marketing and go-to-market initiatives for the mass segment, focusing on campaign rollout, acquisition, customer engagement and activation programs. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective on-ground and digital marketing executions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans and marketing campaigns across digital and owned channels
• Support development and rollout of marketing activation programs to drive customer acquisition and usage
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and timely delivery
• Manage campaign materials, communication flows and customer touchpoints
• Track and report campaign performance and provide insights for improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, go-to-market, campaign execution or activation
• Hands-on experience in campaign rollout and coordination
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and strong understanding of customer segmentation and data-driven marketing
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
