Product Owner – Foundation Workplace & Collaboration

About the Company

Thai Union Group PCL. is hiring a Product Owner for Foundation Workplace & Collaboration to define and drive the development of digital products and services. Onsite, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and technology product roadmap aligned with stakeholder objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs and emerging technologies with potential applications.
• Gather, define and prioritise user stories, features and acceptance criteria; maintain a well-prioritised product backlog.
• Collaborate with development and implementation teams to ensure technology solutions meet business needs, deliver on time and within budget, and remove impediments to delivery.
• Engage with senior business stakeholders as the primary liaison between business and technology teams; communicate project updates and outcomes.
• Ensure product usability and alignment with business processes; gather user feedback and prioritise UX improvements.
• Measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for optimisation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, identify and mitigate technology-related risks in collaboration with compliance and risk teams.
• Lead, mentor and foster a collaborative culture within the product team; provide guidance and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
• Certification in product management or agile methodologies is advantageous.
• 10–15 years of experience in product ownership or related roles with demonstrated success delivering digital products or services.
• Familiarity with product development processes and technologies, and with methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
• Experience in project and supplier management.
• Good command of English.
