Sales Engineer

About the Role

Work location: Chon Buri or Rayong. Onsite. Full-time. Sales Engineer responsible for selling die casting products and services for Haitian Group.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets in die casting products and services.
• Identify and acquire new customers in automotive, electronics, industrial, and related manufacturing sectors.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with engineering and production teams to provide feasible solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage contract discussions with clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, quality) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits locally and internationally.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in die casting, metal manufacturing, or precision engineering industry.
• Strong existing network of customers in automotive, industrial, or OEM sectors preferred.
• Good understanding of die casting processes (aluminum, zinc, magnesium preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
