Business Development Assistant (Contract)

About the Role

Outsource Service Title: Business Development Assistant x 1
Contract Duration: 6 months contract (renewal based on performance)
Workdays: Mon – Fri (9.00 – 18.00 hrs.) Office & WFH

Responsibilities

• Develop performance reports and presentations for management as needed and within timeline
• Work closely with internal and cross-functional teams to synchronize campaigns; request weekly and monthly meetings to sync up planning
• Manage internal Ads bidding: plan, implement and daily optimize budget, audience, creative (A/B testing) to maximize KPI
• Plan and operate monthly email and notifications to update what’s new and campaign information; send email material for education activities at minimum 2 campaigns/month
• Create content to support education activities such as 1-2 events/month and produce ads copy (50 contents per month)
• Monitor and manage offline events, minimum 1 event/month such as bootcamp day or bootcamp classroom

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or related field
• Ability to operate multitasking and handle multiple projects
• Deep interest in digital marketing, online ecosystem, technology, and business innovations with eagerness to continuously learn
• Excellent operating, tracking and monitoring report skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
