Performance Analyst (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

About the Role

N-Infinite is looking for an analytical and driven individual to help improve performance and profitability across our food delivery portfolio. This role goes beyond reporting numbers: you will plan where to invest (ads, promotions, discounts), track results, and adjust strategies to drive better growth and returns. Fresh graduates with strong quantitative backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage advertising and promotional strategies across platforms (e.g. Grab, LINE MAN Wongnai, Shopee Food); decide budget allocation to drive sales, improve conversion, and maximize returns; monitor campaign performance and adjust actions quickly to improve results.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities; run daily and weekly performance reviews to track growth and spot inefficiencies; turn data into clear action plans that improve business performance.
• Understand how ads, discounts, and platform mechanics impact revenue and profit; work closely with restaurant partners and internal teams to align on strategy; lead or support client meetings to present performance, insights, and next steps; provide practical recommendations to improve overall portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Data, or related quantitative discipline.
• Strong mathematical and analytical capability and understanding of income statement structure and core P&L drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookup functions, and analytical modeling.
• Strong ownership mindset with great interpersonal skillsets and excellent communication skills in both Thai and English; proficiency in Japanese and Chinese is a plus.
