About the Role

Position Title: AI & Digital GRC Specialist. Full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok (Sinn Sathon Tower). Occasional client meetings, workshops and external engagements required. Salary: Up to THB 50,000 per month (depending on experience).

Responsibilities

• Support AI, digital transformation and innovation-related projects with a focus on governance, risk, compliance and internal control.
• Coordinate with senior leaders, business teams, internal audit, compliance, risk, technology teams, vendors and external partners.
• Document project risks, issues, controls, action items and follow-up status; maintain risk/control logs and project trackers.
• Support governance, risk, compliance, internal control and process improvement activities across projects.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentation materials, executive updates and management reports.
• Translate AI, digital, audit, compliance and risk topics into clear communication materials for business stakeholders.
• Organize workshops, webinars, executive forums, training sessions and larger events; support post-event follow-up and feedback collection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, Law, Information Systems, Digital Business, Technology or related fields.
• 2–5 years’ experience in internal audit, governance, compliance, risk management, internal control, digital project coordination, transformation project support or stakeholder engagement.
• Good understanding of end-to-end internal audit, governance, compliance or risk management processes.
• Experience in banking, insurance, financial services, fintech, insurtech, consulting or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Interest in AI, digital transformation, responsible AI, digital risk, data governance and emerging technologies.
• Strong coordination, organization, follow-up and communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive and able to work in a fast-moving cross-functional environment.
• Good command of Thai and English.

Skills / Technical Skills

• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook and collaboration tools.
• Ability to prepare clear presentation slides, reports, meeting notes and follow-up trackers.

• Based at Sinn Sathon Tower, Khwaeng Khlong Ton Sai, Thon Buri, Bangkok 10600.
• Full-time, on-site with occasional external/client engagements.
