About the Role

We are looking for a self-driven, results-oriented Senior Product Operations Manager to join the Binance Square team. This is a hybrid, full-time role. You will drive product requirement development and execution based on user feedback and business growth objectives, and continuously improve product performance through growth strategies and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify product optimization opportunities and define product requirements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business growth objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to drive end-to-end product delivery.
• Own GTM strategy for new feature launches, including user communication, launch promotion, and performance tracking.
• Plan and execute product campaigns to boost user engagement and activity.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive core metric improvements.
• Define, track, and analyze core product metrics and surface actionable insights for optimization.
• Handle day-to-day operations including content governance, user experience monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product operations or a related role; crypto/Web3 industry experience required; trading product experience is a strong plus.
• Strong data analysis skills with hands-on experience using analytics tools; SQL is a plus.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English as a working language.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to drive projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to independently plan and execute growth initiatives.
• Experience with social or content platforms is a plus.
