Quality Inspection & Control

• Perform quality inspections on products during the pre-production preparation stage to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Verify that inspected products are ready for handover to the next process within the required timeline.
• Identify defects and quality issues promptly to prevent non-conforming products from entering production.

Defect Recording & Reporting

• Accurately record inspection results, defect findings, and defect symptoms according to established defect codes and quality standards.
• Communicate quality issues and inspection findings to supervisors and relevant stakeholders to support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain complete and reliable inspection records to support quality traceability.

Product Quality Assurance

• Follow established inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality standards to maintain product consistency and workmanship excellence.
• Ensure all products comply with defined quality requirements before proceeding to the next production stage.
• Support ongoing efforts to improve product quality and reduce defects.

Continuous Learning & Improvement

• Continuously develop knowledge and technical skills related to jewellery quality inspection and quality control processes.
• Participate in training, knowledge sharing, and quality improvement initiatives to strengthen inspection capability.
• Support the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement activities within the quality function.

Teamwork & Communication

• Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to exchange quality-related information.
• Provide constructive feedback and support problem-solving activities to improve overall process performance.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through open communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education (Mathayom 3) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing operations, or the jewellery industry.
• Knowledge of product inspection techniques, defect identification, and inspection data recording.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Able to make sound decisions based on quality standards and inspection findings.
• Open to feedback and able to work constructively with team members.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage workload within required timelines.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to continuously learn and improve.
• Able to work in shifts as required by the business.
