Operations Lead - Samut Prakarn (SPX Express)

About the Role

Monitor and manage operational teams of Inbound, FSOC, Mis-sort, by using the daily performance report, history of excellence, and team development. Works with internal and external functions to properly handle pushed-out parcels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage operational teams of Inbound, FSOC, Mis-sort using daily performance reports, historical performance and team development
• Work with internal and external functions to properly handle pushed-out parcels
• Improve staff KPIs on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction on a continuing basis
• Perform backlog chasing in line with SLA
• Report to management/concern parties a summary of data, operational concerns, and improvement procedures
• Optimize manpower with the planning team to operate according to cycle time and hourly volume
• Coach and advise team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or any related field
• At least 3 years of working experience in logistics, supply chain or express industry
• Good communication both in Thai & English and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical skill with Arrival Curve understanding
• Strong working knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Able to work with Sorting Machine
• Multitasking and prioritizing skills
• Able to work with fast timelines and extra-long working hours during campaigns
• Flexible for afternoon and morning shifts and fast response
