Technical Officer (Food)

About the Role

Support Local Food and Agricultural Product, QHSE Product under food scope and Coporate SSC. Support verifying contract review in terms of technical areas and review local clients' audit documentation for certification decision at first level to ensure the certification process is completed within the proper period.

Responsibilities

• Review and cooperate with SSC on local clients' audit documentation for first-level certification decisions.
• Print certificates after approval (generic standard and local AB certificate).
• Review surveillance files.
• Support processing of approval certificates for ISO22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS and IFS via CMX or other applications.
• Participate in and support AB audits.
• Update and maintain the certification client database and inform the list of certified clients to Local ABs in a timely manner (ACFS, NSC, Thai FDA and Department of Agriculture).
• Collect documents related to PCHF audits, prepare submission packages for ACFS, and upload required documents to the USFDA website on time.
• Support document control under ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO/IEC 17021-1.

Skills / Required Skills

• Knowledge of ISO22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, IFS and ISO/IEC 17065/17020/17021-1 requirements.
• Experience with certificate processing systems (e.g., CMX) and certification client databases.
• Familiarity with regulatory bodies and submission processes (ACFS, NSC, Thai FDA, Department of Agriculture, USFDA).
